You need to find a hub that fits the spindle on your current axle which the easiest way to do that is to base it off of the axle capacity that is on the trailer. Hopefully it's 2,000 lb like what the # AM3H323 was generally designed to fit like with the hub part # CE13210 fits. Larger capacity axles would not have hubs that would fit behind an 8 inch wheel.   There are a couple schools of thought on the use of EZ lube spindles for putting grease in hubs. I personally wouldn't pump them full of grease until the old grease pushes out as I'd be afraid to blow out the seals.
